The breakfast was varied and there was good choice of food to choose from. Incredibly hospitable and excellent people were working here.

The hotel offers magnificent and beautiful location so close to other New England boutiques, sightseeing and the garden. The breakfasts are rich with fruit, appetizers during a welcome cocktail hour.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is conveniently situated in a residential area within walking distance of many of the attractions in the area. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet still close enough to enjoy the amenities of downtown Newport. The attention to detail in the rooms is wonderful, with lovely decor and stunning floors that add a touch of elegance to the stay. The basic amenities provided, including the jacuzzi bath in our suite, were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast provided by the hotel was fabulous, offering a nice variety of options and accommodating special requests.

No significant improvements needed, everything was just fine.

The location was great. On a beautiful and quiet street not far from the waterfront. The inn itself was georgeous. Huge rooms with plenty of space.

The only thing that could have been better is the "kitchen area" for the guests. It ws really just a very small refrigerator (with no freezer) and a table with tea and coffee. It would have been nice to have an ice machine. In the morning, we had to leave early and it would have been nice to have a toaster, etc. to be able to make breakfast since we were too early for the inn's scheduled breakfast.
